Xerox = Predatory Lending

Boycott Description

Xerox bought ACS Education Services in 2012 while ACS was in the middle of many class action lawsuits for predatory lending. ACS is one of the worst predatory student loan companies, which now makes Xerox a leader in predatory lending.  The purchase of any Xerox products contributes to the overall detriment and decline of the American society and economy by crippling college students with debt they will never be able to pay off. 

Boycott Demands

1.  Xerox will publicly apologize for the purchase of ACS.

2.  Xerox will publicly announce the closure of ACS and all current loans will be cancelled with zero balance remaining for every borrower.

3. Xerox will establish a scholarshp fund for first generation students, providing 100 students per year a scholarship equal to full college tuition plus expenses for a Bachelor's Degree at an accredited college.
