Boycott of Xbox

hACKED FOR OVER $400.00, i WORK PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK. wORKED 18 HOURS ON bLACKFRIDAY TO BUY cHRISTMAS AN NOW IT'S ALL GONE AN CAN'T PAY BILL'S. TOLD 4 TO 8 WEEKS TO BE TO GET AN ANSWER.  this is sad!!!!!

So my account got hacked on 8/16/11 and I talked to Navis in tier 1 support, figured everything would be taken care of and boy was I wrong.

I travel for work and the last few months has kept me fairly busy so in the mean time I used an additional free account so I could play while waiting.

Called back and spoke to Valerie on 9/28/11 and she claimed that there was some missing information and thats why the account never got resolved.  I gave her the information and she told me that someone from Live would contact me if they needed any more information.  I never heard a word, was never offered an additional free month etc.

Contacted Chris on 11/18/11 and he reviewed everything, seemed like a decent enough guy, gave me an additional free month because of my troubles and told me that he had to start a new case because the old one had been resolved, but the account hadn't been reinstated.  Said he couldn't do out bound calls but that he would check into it in a week to make sure it had been taken care of, if it hadn't he would request a call back from Live to make sure it was handled and I would be contacted.

Called today 12/18/11 and the tier 1 rep didn't even ask for account verification.  Got ahold of Mike, the shift supervisor who just wanted to play games with me, made excuse after excuse about how I needed to give him all my console serial numbers etc, even though he still never asked for any other account verification and couldn't help me till I gave him that information. I informed him that I have in the last 4 months sold that console, and bought a new one, and I could give him that information but he said he needed the old information to even review my account.

This is BS of the highest degree and completely unprofessional.  I have a few months worth of paid time left on my account that got hacked, plus all my game xp, and unlocks that I now don't have access to.  XboxLive agrees that the account was hacked and the case was resolved, but the second case looking into why my account wasn't reinstated cannot proceed.  I'm fed up with this BS of them never contacting me back, never handling their mess ups, and them not being responsible.  They also have no outside way of contacting them so now I have to flame them all over the internet in hopes that someone contacts me from XboxLive to resolve my account issue.

I think us gamers, who purchase xbox consoles and games, should boycott Microsoft Xbox. They charge you for everything. The games are expensive, the membership is expensive, the console is expensive and they don't even allow any privilegs for gamers. No free games, no free membership for half a year, NOTHING!. My girlfriend dropped my xbox and i was banned b/c the xbox was "tempered" with. R U SERIOUS!!! I think we should all teach xbox a lesson and go make SONY PLAYSTATION some money. I bet we would get a lot better treatment than with xbox. Maybe when xbox see their pockets are running low, they will give their customers better lead ways! I'm starting today! What about you!

As of 4/30/2010 i am a victim of the e74 error! This is my 8th console to break! I have called and been told that i was going to receive an advanced exchange so they where goingto send me one first since i have all the problems with it. The dude Micheal who is philipino placed me on hold (for about 5 min) and came back and said i can not send you the console first,so i asked for a supervisor "nicole" and she said she was listening to his call and heard him tell me that he was sending me the console first, then i started to question her and she called me a liar so now im extremly upset i asked for her boss "kesha" she told me she was monitoring the call and heard this and i was going to get this resolved so i was starting to regain my faith in Xbox. So after 1hour and 34 minutes it came down to me getting a box to send it back and it was going to come in 1 business day it is now 5 business days and still no box. Today 5/6/2010 i called and spoke to Alison who said i would need to call back and provide her my console serial number and my credit card info and we would cancel the order and send me the console first.So once again this was not the answer.
