Boycott Description

There is way to talk to anyone about a technical problem. Their FAQs are not enough. They lead one to believe that they have support only to refer you to recording that eventually says "Good Bye". I must have my answering machine and I can't get an answer via email within 2 days. That's too long. Phones are important and must work.

Boycott Demands

I demand that vtech include within their website a telephone number that take us to a support person, after other support options are insuffient.
