Verizon has the most confusing billing practices. Each time I call for an explanation, I get different answers from their "so-called" customer service reps.

Boycott Demands

Distribute one clear rate schedule and stop intentionally confusing customers so their bill cannot be understood.

sloppy greed

It amazing almost beyond belief how this company got this big by being oblivous to custmer need.I cut off my service, and trying to pay them last bill ,no they won't let it happen so they can cash on late payment ,so it seems.

I completly agree - I will boycott Verizon and swtich to AT&T if their billing practices are not cleaned up soon!
