Horrible Company
State farm is a horrible company. Their service is awful. Their agents border on completely incompetent to out right malicious. They are rude and overall cost me thousands of dollars in additional fees and cost out of my pocket. Their agent failed to do as I directed State Farm to do and then actually changed my policy without my permission.
State Farm is not “like a good neighbor”, they are like your worst neighbor in the world. The neighbor that steals your tools from your shed. That neighbor that has kids that throw rocks through your windows. That neighbor that has two dogs that come and poop on your lawn and bark all night long.
A warning to all, stay away from State Farm company and you will stay safe from a huge hassle.
