Worker rights trampled on by Sears thousand fired in one day

Sears holdings they deceived us

The news Sears doesn't want the public to know about!

Sears holdings think tank decided to fire everyone nationwide inside of Kmart appliances before even getting any training in place for the replacements..

Many see the move as irrational and irresponsible especially since it was without notice and done in a clandestine way. One wonders why corporate never gave the Kmart appliance staff a last chance pitch to turn around the figures and the proper support they needed to succeed.

Kmart appliances had no advertising dollars.
all of the appliances were located in the back corner of the store. Store managers would use the appliance staff for trucks and shopping carts every day
and not one store manager that we know of was reprimanded for poor results.

Behind every worker is a family member
maybe a sick father or little daughter
in my case a newborn and now nobody in our house has a job to no fault of our own but the internal politics of Sears Holdings Join the Boycott
and tell Sears holdings enough with the poor treatment of workers!

Boycott Demands

We ask that everyone not shop at Sears or Kmart
until sears brass makes a public formal apology
to the the thousands affected by the firings!
And a 1 year severance package for all workers that were fired including part timers.
