This is the case of a Sam's Club CEO, Double minorty, Black Female, who is trying to use her position with one of the largest retailers in the country to dictate how they should hire.
Diversity is fine, however, diversity should never be substituted at the cost of qualifications. The most qualified candidate to apply for a position should be given that position, regardless if it "tips the scales" more to one demographic or another.

I dropped my membership immediately with letters sent to both management at our local Sam's Club and Walmart CEO C. Doug McMillon. I received a response from the Executive Communications Dept, and have since purchased a membership at Costco along with other family members in the Wichita, KS area.
