Sam's club is terrible for help when you need something. they stock shelves at the busy time and even wash the floors when there are overcrowded with people. Employees all over but won't help you. 3 checkout lanes open on a very busy Sunday. All this is at Tallahassee store.

Non-Business Member's of Sam's Club not ValuedBoycott Description
We've been members of Sam's Club for over 10 years and have become increasingly disinchanted with Sam's over the years. They have moved away from providing customer service to non-business memebers similar to that of their business members. We understand that non-business and business memberships come with different priviledges however Sam's Club "caters to their business members not non-business customers" accordng to the Manager; Weaver and other employees there. If non-business members got their memberships free then we could accept being treated like second class members but we have to pay as well!
When we first joined Sam's Club as non-business customers. There used to be 1 or 2 express lanes in the store for business and n on-business and 1-2 flatbed registers for business members ONLY!
A few years ago they took away the express lanes but kept the flatbed lanes open for their business customers ONLY. I tried to use this lane one day ( because none was in line and I had a few items and needed to get checked out quickly) and was rudely told I was not allowed get checked out there! What?!!
Sam's Club wants our money but won't provide us with the same customer service as the business customers. That's absolutely wrong and as soon as my membership expires we will be taking our business elsewhere where we deserve equal customer service.
Sam's Club made at least $700.00-1500.00 per month in purchases and prescriptions cost from my family but will now lose that. I have complained about this through Sam's Club web site before and NEVER received a response. If I was a business member with a complaint they would probably have contacted me!
Boycott Demands
Non-business members of Sam's Club I urge you to join in with me and show Sam's Club that we will not be treated like 2nd class customers anymore. Do not renew your memberships until they show us that we are just as valued by;1) bringing back the 1 to 2 express lanes out of the 18- 20 that they have available in the store!
2) allow all customers to have access to the business at the SAME hours and stop aloowing business members to come in a hour earlier that the rest of us!
3) give us free memberships if they insist on NOT giving us equal cutomer service!

Company responses
I showed up at SAMS in Cincinnati at 9:50 am and was denied entry because I did not have a 'business' membership. And yet, I could go to the gas pumps before hours and buy gas. They could at least be consistent: If you don't have a business card, you can't buy ANYTHING until 10, can't take your car in for servicing, can't buy anything through their website. AND, business members can not buy anything after 10:00 am. They have their hours, let them stick to it. Now, how likely is that to happen?
Sam's Club is Owned by WALMART, no surprise there.. $$$ is what Walmart and it's affilliates really care about..
... and I agree with this boycott. I left to work for BJ's and can say it treats it employees and customers ALOT better. I'm glad to see this boycott so other people will realize that Sam's don't care about good customer service. Good for you!!
Sam's has gotten dirty over the years and I agree with you on them catering to business members and not non business owners. Why don't they just make Sam's Club for business owners ONLY?! Because they want the money of the suckers out there who puts up with their crap. Don't waste your time.
