Boycott of Roxio

These guys are a piece of work...

I got the software about 6 months ago for a family project of converting VHS tapes to DVD - and of course, got busy with other things.  Now, I'm trying to work on the project as part of a Christmas present.  I open the package and the CD doesn't have a sleve.  It's gone.  I contact Roxio and what's their answer?  BUY ANOTHER VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE. 

These guys are thieves and shouldn't be trusted.  How they can get away with this is unreal.

please contact your bank, sometimes they can get your money back or whatever credit card you used. Good Luck and God Bless!

Roxio doesn't know the meaning of "Customer Care". They practice zero customer care and an abundance of customer deceit and theft.  There should be an investigation of this company, its parent companies, etc.

If enough people read the blogs about Roxio, they'll soon be out of the fraud business
