Their customer service is horrible! 9 out of 10 i talked to were incredibly rude, and did nothing to fix my problem! Please fire those 9 out of 10, and OFFER ME SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Firstly, fix my problem. Secondly, fire those rude staff. Finally, and I can not stress this enough, PUT INSTITUTIONAL WORKERS ONLINE SO MY PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED THROUGH CHAT!
