Showed up at opening at 5:30AM on Black Friday to get Acer Netbook advertised in their Black Friday flyer. Was first to the counter. Was told that they did not have any and never did. Limited quantities meant none. A classic bait & switch.

Radio Shack DOES NOT CARE

Received a $400.00 scanner for Christmas. I called two radio Shack tech support lines, spoke with two different customer service reps. NO ONE, i mean NO ONE knew how to program this scanner. I can not believe a company of this size is so small. The president of Radio Shack is Julian Day, but no one would provide and contact information to me. I predict the closure of Radio Shack in less than two years.

On wednesday on the TODAY SHOW Radioshack adverticed a GPS retailed @ 129.95 on sale for $19.95. I at once ordered two for my son and and my wife. But they were out and then tried to sell me on for $69,95 They said they had been out for sometine "YET they advertized it on the TODAY SHOW! DO NOT BUY EVER FROM THEM This is the second time this has happened and now I'll never walk in there stores

I have also filied a compaint with the Eashington State Attorney General office. BOYCOT RADIOSHACK

They are a crookid company Shop at Costco You'll always get the best price and the customer is always right Costco is the only place to shop for the cheepest price and 100% customer satifaction
