I purchased a small RCA shelf size stereo/cd/mp3/cassette player/am fm radio. from Target. It quit after only three months of being used infrquently. I have all the packaging and manuals, but misplaced the reciept. RCa does not make it easy to contact them. I went on line found a phone number, dialed it and recording told me to go online to contact them, I have done this leaving them several messages. no one responds. I used a major credit card to make this purchase and they were not able to assist me either.Boycott Demands
RCA needs to respect consumers who purchase their products! RCA needs to be consumer friendly and want to assist thier customers when problems arise with their products.11 people have joined this boycott
