Well that IS Qwest for you. A bumbling, inept company of morons that are amazingly still in business. How these clowns get dressed and find their way to work is beyond me.

they are putting their boxes on single family homes. this is not legal. they bypass getting permits for what they are doing. then the city says, 'my bad oops!, well I guess we can re-wright the law so qwest can get away with it.' Then they ignore property lines and say 'oh we put markers'. Yeah and they ignored those too. QWEST has no morals.

qwest still ranks number 1 in horrible service
Since I can't get anywhere with Qwest regarding my bundled service, I have opted to completely drop them and start over. They're not in the least bit sorry that they have cost me money, time and lost sales/income. I will never, ever recommend this unethical company to anyone.
Spirit of Service is an absolute joke. I long for the day this crooked corporation folds and goes under.
Good riddance you fools. I took my consumer dollars elsewhere and now have better service/value for my internet and cell services.

Qwest sucks, there is just no arguing that. Reps who lie to get you to add services, to over billing, double billing, lying about what a service will cost, passing off the problem and refusing to acknowledge a problem, nor working towards a resolution. YOU work for a deceitful, inept, incompetent company full of bumbling idiots. Birds of a feather flock together.
I am a DSL technician for Qwest and I can honestly tell you that the majority of Qwest employees really do care about our customers. I and the rest of the people in my crew are dedicated to doing the best work they can. Do you really think that by causing Qwest harm your going to have the slightest impact on anyone but me and my co workers? It is us the little guy that you are hurting. Hard working men and women trying to provide for their families. Do you really think that you are going to do any harm to the CEO of Qwest. Lets say you manage to harm Qwest to the point where it has a financial impact on the company. Do you really think the higher ups are going to loose their job or feel the pain. No it is I and my fellow employees who will loose their jobs and suffer. You've had a bad experience with a major corporation and you want vengence. The only vengence you will get will be on hard working men and women who are the heart and soul of this country.
