Boycott Description

I pre-ordered a PC game that should guarantee me copy of my order. The night of the orders official release date, I receive an email stating that they have insufficient inventory of what I ordered 10 days prior to the game being able to sell in stores. This game item is very high demand, but being purchased via a pre-order, I have the right to receive that item. I called Newegg and what they told me was they could not fulfill my purchase but only give me full refund and a $20 gift card. I do not want a full refund and a $20 gift card. I want what I paid for what I paid for 10 days before its release date.
