Boycott Description

Have bought Navigon 8410 GPS. Save your money. Emails to them give no response. Same for calls, (If you are unfortunate enough to find the number.) Total waste of time persisting with attempting contact, Easier to talk to a good company (Try TOMTOM) they have an efficient team who could not be more helpful.

Boycott Demands

Need my money back to enable my purchase of another TOM TOM. Alternatively afully working Navigon 8410 WITH the my voice commands being acted upon. Quite frankly would not touch another NAVIGON product. Only bought 5 months ago! What a disaster. Navigon give me SOME satisfaction. At least an email!! Something. Anything!!
