"Total Customer Satisfaction is a top priority"
What a laugh. Just try their South African operation. Never heard the words Customer Satisfaction!!!!!
Let us teach a lesson to Motorola by boycotting its products.
“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.” --Gandhi

Purchased a motorola "Q" windows phone only to find out it has many flaws and it does not function as it should. They claim a qwerty keyboard, but they also dont mention that the numbers are also in that qwerty configuration. When you attempt to look up a contact using the name...if the letter is also a number then it will only display that number rather than the letter. For instance, if looking up the contact name of SETH, it will show up as 4-2-t-h.
When attempting to look up any stored information while on the phone, can't be done. You can't add contacts, or look up contacts or even look up something in your monthly planner.
Bottom line, the phone is deeply flawed and they have stopped making them. But, rather than taking these defective phones off the market, they instead, sold the remaining off to unsuspecting customers like me. When I call to see about these problems, they hang up on me rather than helping.
I will never purchase anything with the motorola name on it again. You don't do your customers dirty because you manufacture a defective phone.
