a billing dispute issue, whether you owe the full amount or not, the automated piece of crap, tries to force you to pay before talking with an agent, people get smart and dump this company, and hit em where it hurts, in their pockets!!

Tropical storm Debey cased the tower to go from 3 to 5 bars to 0 to 1 bars talked to customer servic they explained other people in area have same isue she wants 8 didget pin i have been with them for at least 6 years shee said no pin no luck. The company wont or cant test tower unless i have pin so she can contact proper division of metro she clames she cant get acess within her company to repote isue without pin why. what kind of company blocks its own staff from helping cusomers.
I just had one of the nicest agents she was very helpful and just overall cool. Usually they have Terrible Customer service bit this time i got and awesome agent #604081
MetroPCS sucks horrible customer service. For over a week I argued, begged & pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored.

I'm a new user and tried to setup my account on MetroPCS.com but despite putting in all the requested data and getting the text message code I was redirected back to the start of the signup process. Trying for the 3rd time to setup my account.
I've been trying to contact customer service to resolved a problem with the phone. First two times I was disconnected after about 6 minutes and the support personell did not make any notes in the account so I had to start over. Third call lasted about 20 minutes while the rep went through troubleshooting and decided she couldnt solve the problem she transferred me to technical support and then the call disconnected.
What a crappy company. I wanted to save some money on my cell phone bill and went with MetroPCS because my coworker recommended it. Out of the 3 phone calls I've had so far, 2 were dropped; the 3rd one was cutting out the entire time. Got an Android phone and needless to say, I couldn't even get the 3G speeds on it, its on a constant 1x and I've yet to see the signal at 4 full bars.
I had hoped the low prices were due to the fact that their coverage area is mainly on the east coast, but the signal strength is complete garbage no matter where you are. The only time I had a normal phone conversation was right outside the MetroPCS store when I bought the phone.
I appreciate the 800 number, I was getting frustrated when I couldn't get the dumb automated service to transfer me to an operator; it would instead tell me that I can't talk to one, because they have to save money in order to offer me such a cheap plan.
Just a heads up for anyone that just got the service and hates it: Apparently you only have 7 days after you buy the phone to bring it in for a refund, and they expect you to return very single piece, including the plastic mold that holds the phone and charger, the cardboard box, etc.
I've NEVER been able to access my on-line account. I live on SSA Disability from heart surheries. Had heart surgery Aug 30, 2011 and get paid Sept 9 from SSA. Service will be disconnected August 7th although I have $12.75 in an account set up two years ago for roaming fees. Unable to contact customer service. The nearest corporate store has NO PHONE NUMBER SHOWN ON THE INTERNET!!! I won't even be able to call 9-1-1. Metro-PCs is $hit.
I have called that number 2 times, got 2 different people who adress my problem and say they can't hear me good enough, that It's to quiet.. Then I talk loud and they pretend they can't hear me at all. I paid my bill less than a week ago, the correct amount and my phone got shut off today.

piece of crap,i called pcs!for problems with my internet coneccion, ,after a hour,listening thwe maxchine, askin me how i want to pay,and I screaming tachnnical suport! ialing ten times 0 finlly, someone,appeard,there is not technical supporet! nobody knows anything,looks there are in mexico,after reprogram my phone 5 times , i get no services that they, they ruin my phone!!!!!!!!!!!!worst service i never knew!the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!when there is some wing the calls get dopped!!!!!!!11my God close that piece of crap!
BY calling the 800-553-9315, I was able to ask questions about the MetroPCS plan and roaming fees. Joe told me that the Customer Service Line open 7/24 comparing to Boost which only has weekday day time hours. I am shopping for prepaid cell phone and call up different company and it's almost instantly my call to the above number I found on internet was picked up by a live person. May be I am lucky, but it's not impossible to talk to a live customer rep as long as you got the RIGHT phone number.

also when you reach the live person, and you notice they have an accent, ask to speak with customer service rep from USA, and they will connect you to such, do this with all customer service reps with anything, and little by little will give back us jobs instead of letting the foreigners take it all:
