Boycott Description

I have been the unfortunate owner of a MSI CRO630 for the past seven months following the problems with another manufacturer which which was resolved within 24 hours.

 

It was suggested that I should purchase a an MSI product to see how reliable the product and services really are so that the details could be submitted for full meadia coverage. Information I have been provided with has been incorrect, it is impossible to get to talk to anyone personally over the phone, and I now have an expensive piece of junk as no one has bothered to contact me despite my email last week, but again I suppose they could blame the holidays. But look at the satisfaction record of them so far, out of sixteen complaints, only one positive. Records speak for themselves

Boycott Demands

Unfortunately I need this product for my work as a correspondent within the media, but this has brought me a new product for report. If you have had any problems with MSI let me know through [email protected] and lets fight this case together to get a lot better customer service and highlight their incompetence as a manufacturer
