Boycott Description

Maaco deliberatly deceive their customers and provide extremely poor quality service and have terrible business ethic. They do not care about the reputation of their brand and do NOTHING (via SONYA/"CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER" )to resolve the disputs. Their deceit and games about their warranty and their lack of service  need to be brought to light. Maaco of ATLANTA, GA    3965 Buford Highway Northeast manager/ "owner" DILUP has told a customer to "SHUT THE F*CK UP" when complaining bout POOR QUALITY and WRONG COLOR PAINT!. They all work together and they think they can say one thing, then turn around and say they have their "WARRENTY" .Sonja from "Customer Care" told one customer to pay for the "job" it and just take it to another MAACO because it will still be under warrenty(AUDIO OF THIS CONVERSATION IS AVAILABLE)

Boycott Demands

The boycott can be ended when DRIVEN BRANDS CORPORATE EXECS respectfully addresses and fix their mistake with the poor quality paint jobs and price/part switching. They need to admit they are responsible for the results of their FRANCHISEE carelessness, and see to it that it NEVER happens again. Consumers shouldn't be scammed into their trap and the disclaimer should only apply when it is relevant.  Own up to your CORPORATE AUTHORIZED FRANCHISES and repair the paint job you messed up to the consumer expectations. Stand behind your workmanship and recognize when it doesn't meet standards. Also establish the option of an independent mediator from a 3rd party to resolve disputes(at losing parties expense) to resolve issues that exceed 30days in dispute. Finally, (Re)training of Franchise Owner/Operators & Corporate "Customer Care" staff with better conflict resolution training!
