Boycott Description

Reserve parking spaces for people with disabilities are supposed to be reserved for vehicles with placards and/or license plates indicating a handicap. The management of LA FITNESS  facility on the west side of Houston,Texas, Eldridge at Briar Forest are knowingly and willing violating the rights of disabled , in the interest of having convenient parking for themselves on a regular basis. The have demonstrated absolutely no regard for the disabled customers . The black toyota and the silver mercedez did not meet the requirements to park in these reserved parking spots.

Boycott Demands

The employees or management must obey all laws while on duty at the LA FITNESS location of their employment. They must stop disregarding the rights of disabled customers or potential customers at a parking lot which has public access. The employees or management team must be aware of the laws regarding people with disabliities. The employees who can not legally park in the handicap reserved parking spaces must park somewhere else or go work someplace else. No employee has the right to follow ,harrass or intimidate a witness who volunteers for the city to issue parking citations for obvious violations.
