Horrible Company & bad help, no help
What is wrong when you pay this much money and no one can fix the tv or knows how? I am a 62 year senior citizen. I live on a fix income, I can't afford another tv. I don't know what to do. I can't pay no one to take this tv to the trash so it has become a monster sitting in my house. Why are people so bad? Maybe their feelings are frozen. I am so sorry for everyone that has a problem with your tv. Maybe you can get another brand and never buy this brand again, good luck and my prayers are with you.
