Facebooks Indifference to its customers

Let's face it, Facebook has many disagreeable functions, or lack of them that are simply unacceptable in any other business practice. The biggest one being that they provide absolutely NO customer support or resolution options. I realize that not all customers pay o play on facebook, but I had just spent over $100.00 for Farmcash to play Farmville and was playing my game when I got a popup from security saying my account was hacked. It told me to follow the link and instructions which I did to resecure my account and not be locked out within 24 hours. I hadn't even been able to complete the process when I was suddenly lockedout and all attempts to resecure my account have been in vain. I have followed the instructions in the site videos numerous times but the site doesn't even go through the steps themselves! I have seen thousands of complaints in my search for a resolution and none are ever addressed by Facebook. This highhandedness from any other business would fall under Federal Business Practice Laws and have to be addressed. Why is Facebook getting away with it? The only way to stop this nonesense is to sign one petition and  get even current members that are friends to sign it too. Facebook should be forced to provide a customer support phone number (it's not like they can't afford one after all) to resolve issues that ar effecting innocent customers period! And to have to upload your state or government ID to get into your account is Ludirous! You aren't required to do so to open an account so how do they even know, or get away with, demanding that you do so afterwards! No one in their right mind, given Facebooks security issues and lack of concern for their customers would ever do such a thing anyway. Please join me in making Facebook accountable to the customers who make them billions of dollars a year at our expense, then treat us like dirt.

Facebook must provide a customer service telephone number where users can call to resolve issues, and must resolve those issues fairly to the customer.
