Today I called Dish Network, because my Hd channels where not working. After some trouble shooting and a transfer to second level support, I was told a tech would need to come to my home and there would be a $90.00 service fee because I don't pay a protection plan.

I already Pay a monthy fee to lease the equiptment for the pleaseure of receiving the Dish Network Signal along with the monthly subscription fee for viewing on my Television. Why on God's Earth would we need to pay a protection plan fee for something we don't own, It seems to me they are asking us to actually pay their insurance on their own equiptment.

Just a way to rip off their customers.

If you are still having troubles, please sende me an email at [email protected]. If your channels are not working, there are a few things that can cause this. It could be a signal issue or authorization issue.
