cricket is a rip off
I bought 5 galaxy s4 from them now they tell me in March they will not be working I paid over $500 for my phone each now they're telling me by March there will only be worth $75 and I will have to trade them in for a new phone that's going to cost around $500 dollars .
I bought a new phone through cricket and I payed insurance on the phone for months and the phone was flashing high voltage and overgeating so I took the phone to cricket to get it replace and they wouldn't replace it. and they are a;most ompossible to get a hold of and when you call the local store it either says the mailbox is full or the number has been changed.
Don't buy Cricket
I purchased two phones for my children and when I got them they wouldn't work. I called and even Cricket could not get them to work. I mailed back the phones and cancelled my service but Cricket will not refund my money! The person on the phone (if you can get one after they hang up on you) is rude and doesn't speak clear English.
Do not buy a Cricket smart phone because if you decide to leave their service the expensive smart phone you bought will become useless since Cricket Wirless will not disable their block on it. Your phone will not function with any other wireless service !
