Hidden fees ABSOLUTELY poor customer service

I have been without service for over a month now and was even receiving text messages from cricket to come back to them and that they would give me $40 off my bill and only $15 activation fee and before that text I received one that stated only that they wanted me back and that my activation fee would be waived. It sounded good until I got to the store and was told that I had to pay for a full month of service that I never received. They stated that in order to keep my number they keep the account open and charge me for it. I was like oh wow are you kidding me!?! Well in that case, I don't care about my number remove my fees and start me on a new number different plan. Well they wouldn't do it neither on the phone customer service or through closest Cricket dealer ...even after I was referred to their corporate location to talk to Rick across from Rivergate Mall in Madison, TN.  The did not try to accomadate me in any way and went as far as to give me attitude from 2 different stores.  Sad thing is that one of them was a corporate location.  Seriously?  Where was he trained in customer service or was he at all?  I Highly discourage people from this company because although they claim not to have hidden fees and no contracts they were deceptive in not mentioning that you can't get out of being a customer for 2 months and that according to them you will still be charged during that time even though you're not receiving service from them. Just to reserve your phone number?  Yeah I'll be continuing my investigation on this sounds like a violation of the "Lemon Law" and can definitely be disputed.

Boycott Demands

To reverse the charges during the time that I wasn't receiving service August and September and honor the text stating that I would receive $40 off my bill and have the $15 activation fee waived.
