Boycott Description

They don't cancel reservations and then charge your credit card for the canceled reservations, which makes your checking account become overdrawn. (They charged me for 8 rooms, $711.00+).  And the general manager doesn't return phone calls.   I'm retired and sure as heck can't afford regular bills with the way the economy is and they expect me to sit still and take this crap! Don't think so.

Boycott Demands

I want a full refund and the extra charges my financial institute charged me because it caused my account to be overdrawn, extra charges come to $200.00 +). I can't believe they hire such incompetent employees and expect honest people to sit back and take it. I'm done taking it. And I want an apology for my inconvenience and stress they are causing me. ASAP.
