Citibank supports fraud

Citibank supports fraud by protecting fraudulent merchants. We have lost $15,000 to products/services never received. Citibank refuses to reverse these charges after we have submitted full documentation to them. We now have to hire lawyers to go after Network Marketing Solutions and Citibank.
