THE MONTHLY UNLIMITED WITH SHRINKAGE DOESN'T APPLY TO CURRENT LOYAL LONG TERM PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!

I WANT TO START A CAMPAIGN TO GET ALL CURRENT BOOST MOBILE USERS TO LEAVE THEM!!!!

I HAVE PAID MY $50 ON TIME FOR 16 STRAIGHT MONTHS...YET I MUST START INTO THE PROGRAM NEXT MONTH AS IF I WERE A NEW CUSTOMER!!!!

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 6 MORE MONTHS BEFORE I GOT A $5/MO. BREAK, & 18 MONTHS BEFORE REACHING $35/MO. THE LOWEST POSSIBLE, WHICH WOULD THEN BE HELD FOR 18 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS BEFORE REVERTING BACK TO THE MAXIMUM!!!!

SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER RETENTION!!!

DOES EVERYBODY REALIZE WHAT A SCAM THIS IS!!!!

F*&^ BOOST MOBILE!!!!

I have been with boost going on 3 years and would be at $35. Mo. Changed phones to a 4G and that cost $5. A mo. More.

So I have been at $35.00 + $5.00 = $40.00  mo. And have had no issues yet, but I have not reached the 2.5 gb threshold so a throdling yet.

Most carriers are offering good deals now.

i started with boost shortly after they started shrikage ... and have been paying $35/month (unlimited everything) for <b>months</b>.  my only quibble, and it is the smallest, is that if i change handsets (i'm on a galaxy prevail now), my monthly fee will go up to 40 bucks a month ...

so if i want my original $35/month contract, i have to stay with an extremely low-brow android (gingerbread with no practical memory), but is trading up worth an extra $60/year <b>forever</b>?  

 

not for me.  i'm certainly happy enough.  i'm getting more than what i'm paying for.

Well, I joined Boost Mobile’s shrinking payments about a year ago, and after 6 on time payments, my bill has done down $5. As for no 4G coverage, are you in an area where you are located? There is NO 4G coverage in my town, but when I travel out of town, I get 4G coverage. I’m not calling anyone a liar or anything, I’m just sharing that my experience has not been terrible. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones.

  After 8 consecutive on time payments, my bill did not go down the $5 like it was supposed to, I have been a long time customer of boost and signed up for the shrinkage about a year ago. I will admit I missed a couple of payments on time, but for 8 months straight have been on time. Still no $5 off...plus service tends to just go down out of the blue alot. And 4G? Ha, maybe for one second of each day... Scouting out my other options...

They are now saying $40 is the lowest the payments can get. When I got enrolled it was $30-$35 was the lowest.

Boost Mobile Refuses to help me

Half a billion phone calls,
They know these phones are broken

Boost Mobile chooses to ignore me
Eight sales reps a-milking my bank account ,
Seven supervisors a-arguing,
Six employees a-lying,
All will loose their jobs for not helping me
They all KEEP doing is hanging up on meeeee!!!,

Boost Mobile will be begging me
All of us costumers will be dancing,

BOOST IS A SCAM,I REALIZE THAT THE COMPANY IS CHARGING US FOR 4G COVERAGE BUT WE ARE RECIEVING 3G.ALSO THEY HAVE THIS SYSTEM WHERE YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR SERVICE AT ALL WHEN YOU GO WITH THEM.I ADVISE DO NOT GO WITH BOOST MOBILE IT IS A SCAM, THE NEED TO GO DOWN.

after being a custom of boost for more then five years they cancel my phone and lock me out so i can't even use my phone with another provider after i paid over three hundred dollars for this so call 4g phone they first cut my phone off on 01-29-13 i then went to the boost storeand ask what was happening after the look into it they said don't worry it was there misstake and turn my phone right back on, i was fine with that i ask what had happen they told me to forget about it it was there fault i sad are you sure they said yes. Now i'm struck here with now phone in a not to safe area with no contact with family or friends and have been this way for days my daughter came running by my appartment scare sometime had happen to me my family is out of town where they live not able to contact me and all i get from boost is i went over my minutesi said what i have a unliminted plan not true so i say ok atleast unlock my phone since i paid over three hundred dollars so i call go somewhere else they told me i can never use my phone again but will give me a coupon to save money on another phone how is it i'm able to sign up for boost again with another phone when i just brought this phone and my payment was going down so i'm looking to join a class action suit and note this while i'm here with know service or phone and if i get hurt or robed it all boost fault because once i'm home i have no contact to the outside world or family to get me help  Stanley jackson phone that i use to have is 704-906-1482

 I have been a loyal customer for years but just like anybody else I had to start from the beginning since this was a new plan. I am happy because my bill is down. Since  I have been with them for so long they also gave me a few steps down. Try talking to them instead of a boycott. Might get you a little further. They sometimes even will help by giving you someting towards your bill. Wish you the best!!

I have been with boost for 2 years and have NEVER had any problems, after a year and a half i was down to a $35 monthly fee for android and i not always paid ecactly on time. my phone was shut off for a few hours once but as soon as i added my payment it was back on. soory you all have problems, but i love my boost

I have been on the phone for 3 hours because the stopped my automatic payments so I wouldn't qualify for shrinkage.  This is a SCAM.  It is false advertising and should be reported to the FCC.

Twice in 12 months they claimed they didn't receive payment.

 

It was on the CC both times. Ended up paying a second time on both occasions.

How do you expect to sing up into a promotion that has been launched after you open the account? They cant considere your payments on time if they were not counting before because the promo didnt exist! Is not a perfect plan, but think about it, has some logic.

1/11/2012, Boost Mobile suspended my services after I paid my bill on time 1/4/2012.  On 11/11 & 12/11, I was texted by Boost Mobile stating I am violating their terms & conditions, but I never did anything but call my family, both in CA and Hawaii.  I did nothing out of the ordinary, I know I was due for another $5 decrease in May.  I think Boost Mobile Shrinkage Plan is a scam.  They must realize that their company is not making any money from this shrinkage plan and now they are actually trying to find other alternatives to avoid paying these incentives with the shrinkage plan.  When I wrote them numerous times about "pointing out what I am why I am violating my terms & conditions," they sent me a copy of their website of Terms & Condition, which does not apply to anything usage I have done in the past with Boost Mobile.  They never responsded to any of my emails sent to the Terms & Condition Department and the Board Of Directors Department since November, until they turned my services off that is when I received a message to read the "Terms & Condition" policy.

Well I opted in for the shrinkage plan and also have auto reboost. I too have had my phone for 14 months and because there was a problem with thier system a couple of times I have only 5 dollars knocked off so far. Not only that but i have been having alot of problems with my picture text(receiving and sending) for the longest time now. This happens here and there but none the less it's happening. I will be switching to staight talk very soon!!!

what good is a boycott going to do? i have a serious issue with paying my bill ON TIME for 6 months  (billing day of the 8th) then starting last month Bosst cut my phone off on the 8th ...  a day that i had payed for... and suprise they did it again this month as well .... sounds illegal to me...  i'll post again if a lawyer thinks its a fiesable idea.

First, This is a NEW plan which means you must CHOOSE to opt in like anything else.  You cannot back-date your previous payments to count toward the NEW plan.   

Don't get your panties in a bunch.  You can sign up for the plan and after paying 6 months of on-time payments, your bill shrinks by $5.00 each month.
