Buyer Beware!!!!

2nd USB hub bought in 6 months, 2nd non working USB hub. Obviously the retailer wont take it back, and Belkin support is non-existant. Belkin wont pay for return shipping on their own junk, and by the time you pay for trackable shipping, you can buy another replacement. Customer service is the worst!!!

I told them that I would post this, and they said that they didn't care, and that no one reads this kind of stuff.

They think that we are stupid. Hammer them!!!

Fix your system and goods, or go the way of General Motors!!!!

I AGREE THE SERVICE SUPPORT IS AWFULL. IT IS HARD TO EVEN UNDERSTAND THE REPS. BECAUSE THE ACCENTS ARE SO BAD.

THEY ALSO DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH VERY WELL. I FINALLY HAD AN ENGLISH SPEAKING REP. AND I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO PAY $40.00 TO HAVE HIM CORECT THE PROBLEM. I REFUSED TO PAY TO HAVE A PRODUCT MADE OPERABLE.

I DO NOT THINK ANYONE SHOULD DEAL WITH A COMPANY LIKE BELKIN IF THEY TREAT EVERYONE AS I HAVE BEEN.

THE WORST THING IS THAT THEY HANG UP ON YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.

Completely terrible support by "Belkin". Had an unfriendly representetive that would not help me a bit. I was also being charged for shipping on a defective product. Contacting them was also difficult as I was on hold for over 25 minutes. As usual, my rep hardly spoke english. I will never buy belkin again.
