Lender Placed Flood Insurance

Boycott Description

 After seven years,Bank Of America is requiring that I pay an extra $31,000 a year coverage for flood insurance.  They are moving my property into a different flood zone area.   If proof of additonal coverage isn't given, Bank of America will purchase it and bill me.

Boycott Demands

Don't make me purchase more insurance.  I had already given proof of flood insurance coverage that has been in place since I purchased my home, when I received my first letter.    I was told by my loan specialist (on a recorded phone conversation) that if proof of insurance was given, no other action would take place.

Live up to your word and dont make me purchase even more insurance than I already have been buying for the last seven years, especially since I've given proof of that.
