I have to go overseas due to a family health issue so I applied and signed over the phone for the 'vacation plan' since I would not use my phone from there.
When I came back I learnt that AT&T NEVER APPLY THIS PLAN so I had to pay half year FOR A SERVICE I NEVER USED (not a phone call, nor even a txt message!) on top of that even though I've been a loyal costumer for almost a decade they couldn't wait 3 months for me to pay and they sent me to a collect agency.
LESSON LEARNED: I'm buying the Straight Talk micro sim and will be paying only $45 A MONTH FOR UNLIMITED CALLS, TEXTS & DATA!!!
(Straight talk uses the same AT&T network, antennas, etc)

How is it that Sprint can offer unlimited data on their cell phone plan, but ATT has to break that up into various megabytes and gigabytes at a hefty price for the customer. We need to let ATT and other wireless companies hear us and stop having them nickle and dime us just as ATT enjoy doing to us.
ATT will do anything to get you trapped in a 2yr contract. To break that contract will cost you over $400. People should seriously boycott this

Not one person had the correct information, knew that the address was not in there system. knew they had the wrong address for 8 days when we verified it on every call. Lied that account was set up and set up a time to connect service and then cancelled account because they could not get it though the system, ( not in system ) What a joke that is called Customer Service. So many people out of work why in the world did you hire these dumb asses.

How does ATT stay in business??? Because we don't think we have any other choices. They remind me of TXU before other energy companies came foward. Now TXU is a great company with great rates and excellent customer service. I am closing everything I have with ATT....2 wireless, 1 business wireless, home phone, U Verse, Internet and I still got bad service, what does that tell you.
