I played by the rules and slowly won over 97 million chips.  I never used foul language and always congratulated the other players when they won.  All of a sudden I am banned for violating their TOS.  I never did or said anything that could possibly have been a violation.  My only conclusion was that I may have been hacked.  I tried to contact Zynga about this but they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.  They never responded.  After 3 days I was allowed back on but they stole 96.5 million of my chips.  My only fault was that I was winning chips and not buying them.

June 21 I was made to update zinga to play slot games. In the process zinga stole 3000000 credits. Need to be part of a class action suit because their billing and technical support won't do a thing about it.

Although I agree with your sentiments to a degree, you admit you made a mistake when ordering. Spending a week trying to reclaim one hundred dollars is somewhat foolish.  Filing a baseless lawsuit would be unwise and a waste of the court's time. Even in small claims court you have to pay a filing fee and prepare a case, which is more time and money spent.  You have to prove your case too. Since you admit the mistake in public, you would have a difficult time proving any loss was the fault of the game company.  The terms and conditions for most of these types of purchases are that all sales are final.  You agreed to them when pushing the purchase button. I do not see any merit to your claim or for a boycott because the game company did not refund your money.  The best advice in this case is to accept your mistake and move on.

There may be reasons to boycott this company, but they are not evident in this claim.  If you have time to spend, consider perhaps helping someone who has a legitimate claim against this company. 

This game is a joke anymore... too many timed goals...they have taken the fun out of it.  lost of problems ...loading, food not counting towards goals .... unable to send or receive items. just to name a few.... they have a standard response form.... and they hardly ever take and correct anything.   

logged off with 18M pokerchips.  logged back in approx 8 hours later and they were all gone.  my account wasnot hacked/compromised, and no one used my account.  i believe an error occured when they added the new achievements.  when contacting support, it took forever to get a rsponse, and when i did they tried telling me my account must have bben compromised, but they will still look into it.  please allow 72 hours.  in the meantime i have to start all over with little chips, and the game isn't eveb functioning properly!  most of the features aren't available on my account (i can't even receive gits from friends!) i have made several attempts over the past 3 months all with no results.  i have been a loyal daily player, and have spent hundreds of dollars on zynga games throughout the years, and this is how i am treated?  they steal my chips and tell me o well, just wait??  so didsgusted with these thieves!!

No amount of action will ever get you anything back from them. They are based in Russia

I totally agree that this company is a rip off. the game continues to constantly take the goods , if you have cash it will take that,it doesn't allow lot of the things you capture in sidebar to register in your inventory,for instants I compeleted the market,the next day three items were missing,it wouldn't let me request the items Iwould have to refresh page everytime I tried.it does'nt calculate your property value correctly,but the market wasn't the only item that I wasn't allowed to ask for.anything you had a greater gain they tried to get you to purchase it. And you can't get anyone to help you. when I purchase city money they would double dip my account. HELP

Here are the basics.  3 year old makes unathorized purchse, $50.  Zynga runs us in circles for 3 MONTHS.  They deliberatly ignore requests made on the phone and in e-mails.  Will NEVER play or DL another Zynga game again and will be telling all my friends.!!

i play zyga poker and buy many chips..i reached 53 million and could not join big tables..error messages..after numerous emails problem was not fixed..i opened new acount and transfered my chips..closed old account..after couple hours play reached 135 million..was playing and got yu are banned notice..i understand we can not have mutiple accounts but i closed the one zynga did not repair..these are my chips..yu banned..better business bureau here i come..i reopened the old account and funny just a warning because there were no chips for yu to bann..my chips zynga return them..

just bought 30 million chips yesterday, got hacked overnite. today i cant get ahold of zygna thru phone or email. sat on the phone all day waiting. Was nervous about doing this but i did now do they have my credit card info.?

There have been many game issues that dont get fixed, they cheat in their own game. Just a very poorly run company that takes your money and runs! A class action suit might wake their sorry asses up but for how long? They are very deceptive,  all their games are poorly managed. Seems as those they can legally steal from paying and non paying customers

I bought horseshoes for a windmill that was toi give you unlimited energy. After a week, the item stopped working and they said we had to pay 114 more horseshoes to keep it working.  there was NOTHING about the item being only for a week when we bought it. I keep getting answers from support saying that they are sorry that I am experiencing difficulty and if I am still having problems to let them know.  I feel like I was deceived when I bouth the item.

No customer service phone number.  No functioning email address.  Online chat has also disappeared.  Zynga took my money and ran and they have not looked back.  Zynga should never have released Empires & Allies if they are counting on paying customers to inform them what is dysfunctional within the game.  So many raised issues unresolved.  I am filing with the BBB and Attorney General's office tomorrow.  If enough people do this as well as boycot, we can probably get a class action lawsuit aginst Zynga as well.  Zynga is starting to look more like a failed bank and using me as a stimulus.  I am determined to get a response as a paying customer.
