Boycott of Yahoo

BOYCOTT ALL advertisers on yahoo's new page design!

I'm sorry, as informal it may be to lash out, this is how I feel about their "customer service."

One, they always seem to email me back with the exact same thing, except the first sentence. It's all a bunch of the same crap, even if I did clarify that I literally don't remember any of the answers to my security questions. Their customer service is a bunch of crap that always repeats itself--no....they COPY AND PASTE THE SAME THING WHEN REPLYING BACK TO YOUR EMAIL!!! It's outrageous. No help whatsoever.

They better get their lazy asses together and actually HELP people! I'm calling in later today and if they can't help, I will be sure to give them a piece of my mind.

• HAVE SPENT A WEEK@HALF TRYING TO TO FIND SOME CONTACT WITH YAHOO TECH,SUPPORT MICRO SOFT ,YAHOO,H.PACKARD,WINDOWS,NONE HAVE A PHONE NO. FOR YAHOOO MY HEW. PACK. CAME WITH YAHOO HOW CAN THEY NOT THE MEANS NOT TO HAVE THIS INFO.THIS IS BULL.

yahoo released a new UI which has many flaws yet will not let users switch back to the old version. They do not respond to users, this isn't the first time that they used paying users as a beta tester. After over 10+ years do you know how hard it is to switch e-mails addresses, just try reaching help at yahoo that can respond.
