Terrible responce to hacked email

Boycott Description

I had my account hacked 2x within 48 hours by the same company based out of Australia (I traced their IP) which has an outstanding reputation for spamming, etc. My attempt to reset my password via Windows Live instructions were in vain; my attempt to close the account were likewise in vain. All of my contacts were intact but hundreds of emails missing. This has been a terrible experience. I refuse to use the product of a company so indifferent to such a major security breach. I know I am not alone on this issue. Join me, and let's send MS Windows Live a message they won't delete.

WindowsLive should respond to consumer issues in a timely and effective mannor by using every reasonable means to protect their customer's accounts against unlawful invasion.
