Boycott of Whirlpool

CABRIO GETS A ZERO RATING We are sorry we ever bought this washer. The unit has a defective board and has been replaced. The factory authorized service agent literally robbed us of jewelry while in our home. The main electronic control board needs to be replaced again. Neither Whirlpool or their authorized agents are truly honestly customer service oriented on the defective product. Neither are willing to make an honest attempt at regaining our trust. I have contacted both and neither will acknowledge or offer reconciliation. I'll be very surprised to see this published as the problem with the main board has been denied by Whirlpool . We have not even received a simple apology for the theft from the service agency- even though their employee has been arrested. BEWARE!

We too were shafted with a faulty Cabrio washer. Same error code-F-51. The new board lasted two years. Now we have error code F-50. The tech manual indicates the same problem. The main control board is faulty. Whirlpool doesn't back up their expensive product. To top it off, The Factory Authorized repair serviceman robbed us and got jail time-NO KIDDING...BOYCOTT AND PASS THE WORD!!

Whirlpool does not stand behind their products and I commit to never purchasing another Whirlpool product. 

Whirlpool produces grabage products that are faulty and they do not stand behind them. The repair cost for Whirlpool junk, is nearly as much as the prodcut cost new.

For example, I have a Cabrio Washing Machine with a F51 error, the error is the cheap poorly made control board, cost to repair, $400, cost to by a new Cabrio, as if I would ever buy anything from Whirlpool again, $500. I have a used Sears kenmore Washer I bought 4 years ago for $100, and it still works fine. Whirlpool has long since stopped producing quality products and the company needs to be shut down.  Down the Whirlpool is where your money goes when you buy a piece of Junk form them.
