This company sucks.I got my service on April 4th only to find out they dont have coverage in my area.I was told I would have the money refunded to my debit card. it never happened.after being put on hold and told time and again my refund was coming now they say its been too long so I cant get my refund.Considering I was told the very next day after I got the phone that a refund was forthcoming,I am now determito run them out of business.No one should deal with a company with absolutley no customer support.Also its all overseas no one is american as far as I can tell.I geuss that makes it harder to sue them!

My husband and I use VIRGIN MOBILE pay as you go plan, we use our mobile very sparingly because it took us sometime to realise that we are charged both ways for a call- for making (which we would expect) and for receiving.This an American practice which does not operate in the UK or Europe. In any case as a retired couple we use our mobile phones very rarely, we do have unlimited local and national calls on our Time Warner Cable contract. A few months ago my husband lost $27 + because of underusage. A similar thing has now happened to me. Surely the phone is for the covenience of the consumer and not for the sole purpose of making money for the company? I am heartily sick of the cheating which goes on with telephone companies. It is as if they were given an open license to practise whatever it takes to make huge profits.A complaint was dealt with by some person overseas with no clue and less authority. A few days later I had a customer service email survey, in responding I was very frank about my opinion of VIRGIN MOBILE unsurprisingly there has been no response so far, and once again they will get away with ripping off another customer. No doubt they are operating within the law!Boycott Demands

Beware of their unscrupulous business tactics! I ordered their Overdrive Pro unit because it was on sale for $59.99. One week later they canceled my order without explanation. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I got a rude, extremely arrogant person (Jesus) who told me I could only reorder the unit for the full price of $119.99. Needless to say I did what I encourage more people to do...Cancel your VirginMobile account!!
I hate virgin mobile. They have stressed me to the point of feeling sick. I have paid them money and my phone still isn't on. They over charged my bank acct. $116.00, I was lied to, given the run around, etc. I wish there was a number we could call in the states. It is so frustrating!!!! They have my money and refuse to give me service. Isn't that STEALING?
My Mom has a prepaid cell, on a fixed income and has $196.40 on the phone she asked if she could use the time (minutes) before she paid again they told her NO, she is 86 years old, what if something happens if her main phone goes out or when she is out of her home? I think that Virgin could help the older people with situations like this. I'm sure she is not the only one that this has happened to
This company is garbage. Please go somewhere else if you want good service and not to get ripped off.
I think that this company is a joke. I have been trying to get them to pay an overdraft fee that they caused for two months now. The supervisor never calls me back and is never around when I call. All I want is for them to fix the mistake that they have made.She also claims that she sent out faxes and emails when I have been at the bank and nothing came from her. This is a big mess that they caused, I hate this company.
