BEWARE OF THE BIG BAD WOOF

I have had two recent experiences exactly to this matter.  Unbelievable but true.  They were my frist two and will be my only two transactions carried out with UPS.  Please be warned when you do business with this company.  It is next to impossible to locate a real person to talk to about any problem you have.  It seems to be they really don't care.  Or perhaps this operation is run by ROBOTS.  Think about have you ever seen an old UPS delivery person?  No seriously this business is sneaky and underhanded.  You have been informed make your decision wisely.

I think something very bad is happening with UPS !  They just told me that the ABUSIVE UPS DRIVER could not be removed from my route because of the UNION !  HUH?

Why didn't you just ask for your package back and ship it with Fed EX?
