Charging duty on duty paid item

Boycott Description

Stupid jerks are trying to charge me duty in mexico on an item I already paid duty on. The US UPS says it's a mexican problem and the mexican UPS says it a US problem. I have went round and round since October 25 2011 and NOTHING. Now the want MORE money to delivery MY package than what they originally wanted including the duty.

Boycott Demands

Don't use UPS. DHL is an option.
