Charges for pre-paid label
I had four packages with pre-paid labels.The four companies were Kodak,Toshiba,Amazon and Carepoint.I was told by each company that UPS would come to My door and pick up the packages.When I called UPS,they told Me to bring the items to a UPS Store.I am 66 years old and broke both of My ankles.Therefore I can not drive.Since the companies wanted Their defective products back or They would charge My credit card,I had no choice but to take a taxi out to UPS.THis costs Me a fortune!In checking with the companies,I was informed that They had paid extra to have Their products picked up from My door.UPS is cheating older Americans on Social Security.Drop the package charge on pre-paid packages and quit being so pathetic as to try to squeeze extra money out of Americans on Social Security.I currently have three more packages to ship.They all have pre-paid labels.UPS is DEMANDING that I deliver these packages to their store.These three companies have also PAID UPS TO COME TO MY DOOR!
