Toys'R'Us...We are NOT just dollar signs!

Boycott Description

Imagine trying to place an order on the Toys'R'Us website...everything seems to be running smoothly.  Until you get an email a few days later that states your order has been canceled, but your payment is still being held!  When you call to get your money back, you are told you will receive a giftcard instead of a refund!  This is just one example of how Toys'R'Us treats their customers.  What they seem to have forgotten is WE don't need THEM, THEY NEED US to keep their business alive!

Boycott Demands

We demand that Toys'R'Us cease processing payments for items until the status of their availibilty is confirmed, however long that takes.  We also demand that Toys'R'Us re-train their staff in providing a professional level of customer service and give their store managers the freedom to use their own discretion during unforseen problems, such as with processing online orders, regardless of sale policies.  We demand that Toys'R'Us cease the practice of creating advertisements (in store, on fliers / catalogs, or online) and not honoring them; and that anything stated in print (either in or out of store) or sent in email supercedes any policies or conflicting pricing.  Lastly, we demand that Toys'R'Us cease opening their stores for business on Thanksgiving Day, and reserve that day as a holiday for their employees to celebrate and honor in whatever way they choose.
