Boycott Description

 I recently tried to return to products to the store with out a receipt. I know that is wrong but i have no idea where it is. Another bad thing is i paid cash but first you must know why i had to pay that way.  I have been barely working since 2008 and have lost my bank account nor can i even get one right now let alone a credit card. I was unable to buy anything for my daughters for christmas so i promised them that with any money we can get back in taxes i would buy these android tablets they wanted. Toys r us had a good price on them so i purchased them there. Within two weeks these things started messing up bad. One the charger would not work and it would only hold a charge for an hour nor would it connect to wifi. The second one would hold a charge for 45 minutes but had to be reset every hour for some reason. Both tablets did not come with the android market that should have been stated on the packaging some where saying that it does not have access to the market that android phones do. I returned to the store to exchange these for something else. I got a kid manager saying he can not do anything without a receipt. So he calls the assistant manager over and she says the same thing and i should call 1-800-toysrus. So i politely asked to use their phone which she gave me. I called customer service line and they said they have no control over what the stores do or say. I would have to deal with them or the manufacturer. I had tried to contact sylvania and got no reply. While i was on the phone with customer service they escalated this to customer relations and would have to call back on monday as no one was there on the weekends. So i left and called back monday i got another customer service person that told me there was no customer relations department they were the relations department and no one would be able to help me then told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.

Boycott Demands

 All i wanted to do was exhange these two for something else that my kids could enjoy. Granted they would still have the money from the sell of the other items for the same amount or even more but they just wouldnt do it.
