Remove Money from Account and Don't Make good on purchase

TomTom had a sale online and it turns out that their prices were incorrect which is fine. BUT.  You don't take money from someones bank account and then try to cancel an order. You made a binding contract at that time and you should not be able to back out. I know its against the law, but how much time can one take to pursue this.

If alot of people had money taken out of their account then they should fulfill the order.

If the order was not completed and money was not removed then I understand. There was no contract.

They give you a 20.00 off coupon....I Have been with Garmin for years.... They can take that coupon and well you know...

Boycott Demands

If you were part of that promotion and had money removed from your account.... We should go for a class action suit to have them fulfill their contracts with those who had money removed from their accounts and shame on TomTom for taking money and not fulfilling an order.

If that is not the worst of it... I got an email that asked me what I thought of my new TomTom............. WOW what a disgrace
