TMOBILE BOYCOTTBoycott Description
Big companies continue to rip off their own consumers, if we do not stand up for ourselves and hit them where it hurts (their wallets) then they will continue to do it. Im fed up and I KNOW a lot of other people are too. The best way to get back is to get the word out there at how they treat their own customers.Boycott Demands
Reasonable charges along with COMPLETE descriptions of charges before they send you a bill. That way you can make informed decisions about purchases and decide if it is in your budget..

Company responses
My compliant is limited to this: I was on Suncom for several years when T-Mobile bought them out. With Suncom I had the 1000 min with no taxes, free incoming and no roaming charges at 39.99 plus other fees for the add ons. All was very awkard as nothing was compatible but the minute count. Then, I went on a trip out west and received a $75.00 bill for roaming charges. They said I was not supposed to receive these charges; they took them off, and then the next month put them back on without notice, and they refused to remove them. I told them if they did not take them off I would cmove on. I told them they were breaking the contract. To make it up, they gave me the unlimited everything for $49.99/month, and it is OK, but my biz is down as a home inspector (www.timwilliams.biz) so I do not even use 1000 min a month now, for many many months. Point is: THEY BROKE THEIR CONTRACT WITH ME. That is why I tell this story. Do not let them break a contract without something better in return.
