Worst customer service ever. On the phone with them for FOUR straight hours... no resolution! The sent us TWO defective phones. The only way they will refund, is if we blindly send these back to them, with nothing in writing... but get on the internet... SO many stories of people doing that and NOT getting their refund or replacement. I just want something in writing. Oh, and it will take over a month for a refund. REally? It took them ten seconds to take my money. STRAIGHT TALK SUCKS so much!
