enter action id#i114329014. I was calling sprint because my Internet wasn't working and I need tech support. As I was explaining my issue Porscha started Laughing. I asked her what was funny? What's funny about me? She laughed again. Then replied I don't you what you are talking ma'am. The conversation was record, so it's clear evidence she laughed twice at me. I felt discriminated, and uncomfortable during the call. Why am I being treated like this and I'm paying $88 a month in full, and sprint staff discriminating against me. I was so upset, I am commenting and did not resolve my issue with someone else, but I felt offend and very upset. I will contact corporate because I want something done about this conflict I had with the employee Porscha. She had an African American voice, not sure of her race.

i was with nextel for 13ys , no problem, as soon as Sprint started weeding them out the trouble began. like a fool i stayed with Sprint because of the covage promise, and when i got the phone we had just went through a hurrica and they said it was because of the tower repairs that the service was bad. of couse theyysaid this to make sure the 2 week return policy was over and then they told me if i want to get out of the contract they would charge 350.00 dollars. this is bull sH!!t. they are not giving me any service and when they wanted to rebbot my phone to strenghten the signal they lost all my account and phone numbers. they can have their phone and their contract and shove it up their a$$. and i will not pay to get out of the contract. if ya'll don't know, all you have to do is keep writting a letter of dispute and it will not go into collections.
Sprint has taken away peoples Gold Member status, they promised 4g which has never come, and the unlimited hotspot they promised people is being taken away too. Don't trust Sprint. They will promise you everything under the sun and take it away as soon as you sign up.
If you type in Sprint sucks on google search and youtube, you will find many sympathetic eyes and hears. Take advantage of them, and make sure to spread this site all over the internet and make sure to report Sprint to every consumer and government agency you can think off.
Complain to the ftc, bbb.org, consumer affairs, twitter, facebook, the attorney General and anyone else who will listen. I would put up the links, but the stroke victims who run this dumb site will just delete the post.
I have been a sprint customer for years and the treatment that i received lately from sprint proves they couldn't care less about thier customers....
We have a contract with Sprint. My wife's 4 month old phone suddenly died. We took it in to their retail service center...and they told us it was a "software" problem; not the phone's fault. But they wanted us to pay full price for a new phone or sign another contract. Wife decided to go back to her old phone. Foolishly, I bought a new phone from them, and a few weeks later the speaker died, making the phone somewhat useless. I took it in, and they told me I would either have buy a new phone (again) or pay to get mine fixed. Even on a phone that is only a few weeks old!! They clearly do NOT stand behind their products AT ALL!! Beware if you buy a phone from them!!!!
