Boycott Description

I purchased a Sony Braiva LCD HDTV, through an employer supported contract via Dell, exactly four months ago-the television died 2 weeks ago. I contacted customer service and recieved the worse customer service. I knew there would be trouble when it took me spelling my name five times before it was correctly annotated. It was a difficult encounter w/the following options: 1-Pay for shipping and recieve a refurbished television, 2-take it to a local retailer miles a way 3; in-home repair w/me eating the cost of dispatching the serviceman. Didn't sound right to me when I just bought the T.V. four months ago.

Boycott Demands

I would like either a New Television-given it's only four months old or a refund. Event #E51507438.
