PSN abuse
I too have problems with PSN, namely I've been stalked and harassed along with several other women & girls on psn home over the past few years by a violent psycopath under the gamertag of JAHoE. At one point he even threatened to find where I live and cut my face off and wear it for a mask. This was witnessed by a number of my friends who all reported him online, a number called sony's support # to complain. Under law they are required to ban and report sexual harrassment, threats and violenct to the police. They have repeatedly failed to do so. On top of this one of homes 2 managers, neither of which uses their real names, the only sony employees who don't, promoted JAHoE to a home community volunteer position earlier this week with full knowledge of his threats and harassment.
