Boycott of Skype

I have two charges on my bank debit account, I have never used skype in my life and can not reach anyone to dispute these charges. I now have had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to prevent any other charges. This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!

if you have fraud on your account call your credit card company, all Credit cards have 100% fraud protection.

This company is charging my credit card for services that were from someone taking stealing my credit card and now I cannot contact one person at this company. There is no contact number and when you go online to request support they require that you have an account. Well guess what! I don't have an account and if I do, its becasue someone else who took my card set it up, so I dont know what the account name or password would be. This is the most outrageous situation ever. I cannot believe a company that deals in online phone service does not have a contact number.
