I suggest anyone trying to get an answer from Skype might try here they are responsible for their servers.

I too was debited from my account $10.00 every few days on 4 occasions, which the $10.00

was a promoted offer of 180 days of skype service for $10.00, however when emailed they never returned an email

and the company below I contacted, I told them I would

like a call back asap, because there has been fraud committed with skype, they said they would have someone call me back, of course no call,

so when I went to my bank and had the account number blocked they cancelled the service even though

they had already received at least $40.00

SCAM!

anyway try calling this company

as I sad before they are responsible for the servers

skype sucks!!!!

this company is crap. They need to be suied!  The new webpage they have is terrible. They have my money on credit and they take it I dont use it. Then They dont even make it easy to know how to make calls on the new webpage and then I cannot contact these crooks!  LETS CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEAU ON THIS CRAP COMPANY.

Bogus charges

I, too, have had two $10 charges from www.skype.com show up on my credit card account. I've never had an account with them. Where did they get my card number? I called the bank number on the back of my card as soon as I saw the charges and filed a dispute. The first one has been refunded from skype and I'm still waiting on the second. Something is very wrong with this company.

Fraudulent Charges

I have two charges on my bank debit account, I have never used skype in my life and can not reach anyone to dispute these charges. I now have had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to prevent any other charges. This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!

If you have fraud on your account...

if you have fraud on your account call your credit card company, all Credit cards have 100% fraud protection.

This company is charging my credit card for services that were from someone taking stealing my credit card and now I cannot contact one person at this company. There is no contact number and when you go online to request support they require that you have an account. Well guess what! I don't have an account and if I do, its becasue someone else who took my card set it up, so I dont know what the account name or password would be. This is the most outrageous situation ever. I cannot believe a company that deals in online phone service does not have a contact number.
