They keep increasing their rates almost every month, keep confusing customers and bullying the customers when customers call their customer service. They keep charging customers even after they replaced their service provider with a better competitor. No one needs this kind of company and we believe that so called "SHAW" will be avoided by their existing and future customers AT ALL COSTS for years to come until SHAW learns a lesson and starts caring for their customers!!!!!!!
