Kmart where everything falls apart Sears holdings to blame more than 1000 people fired on june 13th

• Kmart "sears holdings" Lowest pay in retail!

• Upper management sees you as a # could care less about your name or family!

• Most of the benefits and compensation are only for upper tier management and they work the least!

• Don’t let them know your birthday they will work you on your birthday! And have you open the very next day even if you give 2 weeks notice!

• You could be one of the best sellers in the district they will never congratulate you.

• Every month they come up with a new policy that takes away more of your freedom or benefits.

• The work Schedule is put up only 1 day before your new shift begins and they wont change it..

• Kmart use to match 401 k they stopped doing that..

• Kmart will try to fire you if you somehow managed to climb above minimum wage after 5 years.. then Kmart will ask you to reapply for the minimum wage.

My department was major appliances though we never got much chance to work in the department because management wanted to put you on a truck or shopping carts and upper management kept a blind eye and is oblivious to reality in the stores.

• My advice to upper management Step inside your own stores for a change and show management how its supposed to be done!

• Why don’t you lead by example instead of hiding in your office? 

• You are the ones to blame for the failure of Kmart!

• With your ill conceived ideas that only turn people off and your lack of focus on the customer it is no wonder Kmart stores are empty!

•  "You wouldn’t know a good idea if it was spelled out every day for you in your alphabet soup." 

• Thanks for firing me along with the hundreds of others you fired today. We are going to start a movement a tsunami wave that will reach the streets of hoffman..

• Reading between the lines i noticed the same day of the 1000 firings sears holdings stocks went up by $4.50 a share massive trading happened more than normal this could be the selloff the sellout maneuver thinking this will save the company money

•  Though i hate to break the news investors the kmart appliance staff were the only ones in the store who knew about the appliances the managers have no clue nor could they care less and hardly anyone is cross-trained to help customers make purchases..so much for good service..

• I challenge anyone to go to Kmart right now and ask about appliances if you have a question get prepared for them to give you an 800 # and try to sell you over a phone and they wont even give you a receipt!!

We will not be quiet till we get a formal apology from the CEO and everyone fired gets 1 year fair severance pay including part timers..
